A recent 25-day roundtrip cruise from Boston to Maine, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Labrador, Greenland, and Iceland produced hundreds of memorable photos. My personal rule is show 10 or less to friends. Why? I’ve sat through an excruciating mass of vacation photos from friends or posted on social media outlets. Ten is plenty. So, enjoy my top 10.

Final Comments
There are only two types of luggage; carry-on or lost. Since my cruise was 25 days long, it was necessary to check my baggage at the airport. I purchased air-tags which gave me great peace of mind as I tracked my bags on my iPhone. Pack hacks: Eagle Creek’s Slim Cube Set was perfect for nooks and crannies in my suitcase. Their Ranger XE Waistpack 3L, loaded with my iPad, iPhone, passport, earbuds, etc., was my carry-on. (www.EagleCreek.com). Klean Kanteen’s 14 oz. Camp Rise Mug and the 16 oz. TKPro Insulated Thermos with a pour-through cap provided perfect options for drinking hot coffee and/or cold water(www.KleanKanteen.com). Chico Bag’s Face Masks provided a layer of safety for our full flights. Their Travel Pack was perfect for our day-trips.(www.ChicoBag.com). You’ll hear more about these “must have” products in my year-end travel gift guide.
Finally, a big shout-out to Iceland’s Saga Travel. They specialize in small group tours (we took two). Their guides were well-versed and provided interesting historical perspectives, geologic insights, and local stories that added greatly to the outings. Visit their website at https//SagaTravel.is.
Enjoy the adventure!
